1. Overview
Thank you for shopping with The Loot Mania! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns and offer refunds according to the terms below:

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
- Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, personal care products, and digital downloads due to hygiene or copyright reasons.
- Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return:
- To begin a return, simply log into your account and use our Self-Serve Returns service. Alternatively, you can reach us at loot.maniaa@gmail.com.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Restocking Fee:
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
- This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting and restocking returned products.
- The restocking fee is applied after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions.
3. Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product:
- Has a major fault or defect that was not disclosed.
- Does not match the description or images provided.
- Is not of acceptable quality or is unfit for its intended purpose.
We are not required to provide refunds or replacements for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards (non-refundable).

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
